It wasn’t hard to settle on these words to represent what I pray to offer my readers because this truth has followed me through many difficult experiences and circumstances in my own life.

Crises. Abuse. Loss. Sickness. Trauma. Tragedy. Devastated relationships.

Help. Love. Redemption. Healing. Forgiveness. Restoration. Hope.

Hi, I’m Jessica!

I am an avid reader and knew I’d (eventually) grow up to be a novelist. By day, I’m the Fundraising and Development Coordinator for a local nonprofit that helps young women aging out of foster care. I also volunteer with several organizations that support my community. This works in tandem with my stories, which often bear themes of overcoming difficult circumstances.

The complexities of mother-daughter relationships are integrated into most of my current works. This theme is inspired by my relationships with my own mother and daughter, who are my two closest friends!

My stories are contemporary faith-based women’s fiction and clever, thought-provoking romantic comedies.
